Week 2 – Meal Plan

Our Week 2 Spinach & Apples, 28-Day Diet Meal Plan is designed around the Four Food Group recommended Servings Per Day, per meal. We are, by design, keeping it simple — nothing exotic this week. For Week 3 we will adding some new foods and staples to the list, but will wait until Week 4 to begin experimenting with meat substitutes.

Rather than prescribe your meals for Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc., this Meal Plan give you the freedom to choose from  7 choices for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. This plan aims at helping you pick and choose — you may not want a breakfast burrito this morning, or may not want to stop and make pancakes: the choice is yours. The purpose in having a Meal Plan at all is make it easier and to help you see how we put meals together.
